Onboarding

Quick guide to getting started on Tradable

Create your account

To create an account on Tradable, please visit https://www.tradable.xyz/.

You will be asked to specify whether or not you are creating an account on behalf of an entity.

Once the form has been filled out, you will be asked to verify your email.

Upon verifying your email address, you will be asked to create and confirm your new password. Assuming your password meets application requirements, your Tradable account will be created and given investor only Admin privileges.

To ensure quality of assets on the platform, Tradable is restricting all new accounts to being only investor only. If your institution would like to list deals on Tradable, please contact support@tradable.financial and we will be in touch shortly.

Verify Your Identity & Organization

Upon account creation, you will be asked to complete your onboarding process by verifying your identity / organization. Users will not be able to request deal access and / or invest in a Tradable deal until they have been screened and approved.

Tradable leverages Quadrata to perform user compliance checks (e.g., KYC / KYB, AML, Accreditation Status, Country). For more details into Quadrata's compliance process, please visit https://quadrata.com/.

For more information about what information Tradable collects, please see here.

Deal Eligibility

Originators on Tradable define the compliance requirements for their own deals, and those requirements are enforced in both the deal's smart contract and on the Tradable webapp. Some deals may be accessible to all kyc'd investors, while others may be limited to US only and Accredited Investors & Qualified Purchasers.

Additionally, deal tokens cannot be minted or transferred to investors that do not meet the deal's compliance requirements.

Invite your team

Via the Tradable webapp, within your organization's user profile, Admin users can now directly invite other members of their organization to join them on Tradable and update their team members’ Tradable permissions.

Investors can connect their wallet to the Tradable application for the first time once they've signed in. If it's a new address, the wallet will be linked to that Tradable account and can be used by the user to sign in to the application in the future. For investments, only wallets with Quadrata passports that meet the compliance requirements of that deal will be allowed to transact in deals.

Via the Tradable webapp, within your organization's user profile, Admin users also link bank accounts to themselves or one of their fund entities. These bank accounts can be used by investors when committing to a deal to send / receive funds for that deal.

If you're an institutional entity, you are able to invest in Tradable deals via your fund entities. Within your user profile, you will be able to add your fund entities. Please note, before you are able to invest via your fund entities, Tradable will need to make sure they've been properly kyc'd and vetted.

Connect your Circle Mint (Originators Only)

To facilitate on-chain native investors, originators are required to have an existing Circle Mint account to on / off-ramp USDC from. If your organization does not currently have an existing Circle Mint account, please apply for one here and reach out to support@tradable.financial.
