Breakdown of Tradable user roles

There are two main user types on types on Tradable: Investors and Originators. Originators are the entities that are providing access to investment opportunities and Investors are the entities or individuals investing in deals.

User roles within these user types are split into viewer and admin. Viewer users are restricted in the actions they can take on the Tradable platform and admin users are not.

The majority of users on Tradable will be Investor users, either Investor Viewers or Investor Admins.

• Investor Viewer: Viewers are only able to read deal details and information but cannot sign legal documents or finalize an investment on behalf of their entity.

• Investor Admin: Investor Admins are able to sign legal documents and invest in deals on behalf of their entity or themselves. All individual investors are Admins.

Originator users are a subset of Tradable users that can list deals on the Tradable platform for investment consideration by Investor users. Originator users, like Investor users, are similarly either Admins or Viewers.

• Originator Viewer: This role grants limited control, allowing for viewing and assessing deal details. Originator Viewers can monitor deal progress and gather necessary information but do not have permissions to create or list new deals. This role is ideal for stakeholders who need to stay informed about ongoing operations without direct involvement in the management or initiation of deals.

• Originator Admin: Originator Admins possess comprehensive control over the creation and listing of deals on Tradable. They can initiate new deals, approve investor participation, and manage all related transactional operations. This role is pivotal as it controls the initiation and ongoing management of investment opportunities, ensuring operational compliance and integrity.

Note that all Originators are Investors (but not the other way around). So for users that belong to entities that are Originators, the possible user role combinations are thus OAIA (Originator Admin Investor Admin), OAIV (Originator Admin Investor Viewer), OVIA (Originator Viewer Investor Admin), and OVIV (Originator Viewer Investor Viewer).
